They could be at the mall with you. they can be someone walking down the street, or they could even be construction workers for gods sake.  Terrorism is a planed attack to another country.This attack could be in a mall, it could be a grocery store, or anything public you can think off. Terrorism has existed in the world for quite a long time so its not something new. Terrorism involes pain, violence and is meant to create a tremendous ammount of fear usually against something or someone. This is why terrorism has a purpose. Terrorism is a techniquie, its something of a criminal and is planned ahead for a purpose.
